Sporty, colourful, zip-up sweatshirts

It was mainly Adidas and Puma tracksuits that defined hip hop, one of the musical trends of the 80s. Interestingly enough, it is these colourful and sporty sweatshirts that have become fully integrated into this subculture.

Vans Warped Tour

The Warped Tour started as a skate-punk and ska music tour, and most of the performers came from this genre. Later on, the music changed and was predominantly pop punk and metalcore. It was a constantly moving festival, with stages set up in a different location each day, so the layout of the stages changed at each venue. The festival would roll into town, set up early in the morning and break down at the end of the night to move on to the next location.
