Important information about the operation of the store and webshop

➤ Our store and webshop work with separate warehouses and separate employees.
Online and store inventory are not the same.

➤ Colleagues working at the counter do not see the webshop orders.
In the store , it is only possible to pick up already prepared webshop packages .

Please only come in to pick up your package if you are collecting it in person.
if you have already received the email that your order is ready for collection .

  • Despite the increased Christmas traffic , we strive to prepare and ship all orders within 48 hours.

Shipping methods and fees

MPL home delivery: 1,990 HUF
MPL ATM and PostaPont: 990 HUF
Foxpost and Packeta machines: 1,140 HUF

⚠️ Due to the holiday congestion of parcel machines, we cannot guarantee the delivery time for these delivery methods .** Currently, you should expect delivery within 3–6 business days.*

Holiday customer service break

Our webshop customer service will be closed between 2025.12.24 and 2026.01.04.

This means that:

  • Orders placed after 15:00 on December 23 will only start being prepared on 01/05/2026 , whether they were received for personal collection or home delivery.
