Delivery

A kiszállítás részletei: A megrendelt termék(ek) szállítását rögtön megkezdjük, amint a vételár megjelenik az online banki felületünkön. Ez maximum 1 munkanap lehet. A szállítás minden esetben a Magyar Posta Zrt.-vel történik. A csomagokat külföldre és belföldre egyaránt elsőbbséggel és ajánlva postázzuk. Belföldre 2-5 munkanapon belül, külföldre 5-9 munkanapon belül érkezik meg a csomag. A postaköltséget rendszerünk automatikusan kiszámolja, melyet a rendelési felületen láthatsz, közvetlenül a termék(ek) ára alatt.

  • In the case of personal pick-up, you can collect your product(s) from our shop within 3 calendar days from the date of the "Ready for Pickup" email.
  • If you would like to extend the pick-up time please let us know at order@szputnyikshop.hu

Details of Shipping:

  • To destinations inside Hungary shipping may take 2-5 workdays, in case of international orders it can take 3-9 workdays.
  • Your order is delivered by GLS parcel service.
  • We will notify you by email as soon as we have delivered your parcel to the delivery service, the delivery expected the following working day. GLS will send you an email on the day of delivery with the exact details and estimated delivery time.
  • The shipping cost is automatically calculated by our system and you can see it in the order interface, directly below the price of the product(s).

Delivery charges:

  • Personal pick-up in store: FREE
  • Domestic delivery with GLS parcel service: 1.590.-
  • Delivery to GLS pick-up point: AVAILABLE SOON
  • International home delivery is also provided by GLS parcel service, with different charges per zone

You could not receive the parcel?

  • You can also change the delivery time and address via an email sent by GLS on the day of delivery.
  • In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, they will attempt to deliver your parcel one more time.

Tracking your order:

  • Once your order has been handed over to the parcel service, you can use the tracking number to track your parcel and make changes to the delivery time and address details via the GLS interface.
  • If you have not received your parcel by the delivery deadline, please contact us on +36 20 392 9171 or by e-mail at order@szputnyikshop.hu.

Fragile Items:

Price of the eyewear include a leatherette hard case to avoid damage. In case of instore-pickup (at Szputnyik shop D20) to purchase the case is optional.

Other Issues:

Items not available in our online store but shared on any website or social media site (Facebook, Instagram, stb.) connected to Szputnyik shop are available for purchase and shipping.

The price of wrapping is included in the shipping price.

Reszputnyik Ltd. holds the right to change the price of shipping, the change is valid from the moment it is visible on our site. The change will not affect the final price of any orders that are already submitted.
