If you've always been interested in sustainable fashion and want to get more useful information, come on April 27th and take part in Perwoll's Sustainable Fashion Day, where you'll find us too!
Sustainable fashion aims to extend the life cycle of materials, increase the value of timeless garments, reduce the amount of waste and minimize damage to the environment.
The Perwoll Sustainable Fashion Day will be held on Saturday, April 27, between 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. , during which you can find out what makes fashion sustainable in practice. At the event, you can take part in fashion shows, round table discussions and view exciting exhibitions.
On the day of the event, 6 fashion shows will be organized in 1-hour time cycles, including fashion designers and brands such as CAKO, PRINTA, Kerényi Virág, or Elysian, and we will also be able to see sets from vintage shops on the catwalk. During the breaks between the fashion shows, round table discussions take place on the topic of sustainable fashion. Among the invited guests, we can meet fashion experts and fashion designers such as Nóra Sármán, Réka Szentesi, Bence Csalár, Boglárka Bódis, Kinga Cakó, Bence Hunyadi, Kerényi Virág, Zita Majoros, Zsanett Hegedűs, Anna Kudron, Ingrid Szekeres, Éva Reményi, Zakarias Tipton, Réka Vágó, VENGRU, Violetta Kertész or Tibi Kiss. And in the dome hall, a pop-up exhibition is organized from the accessories collection of Hungarian designers.
We are already looking forward to this day. Now we give you a little insight into what we are preparing!
We have always been there for reworked pieces, which is why we tried to make and collect as many as possible. During our purchases, we come across a lot of unique pieces, but there are also some that we help a little to make them even more special and remain timeless for many, many years to come.
Pants sewn together from old jeans, dyed leather vest, top-stitching, top-stitching on the back, converted vintage pieces.... If you want a truly unique and sustainable wardrobe, don't be afraid to add these extra clothes to your wardrobe! And if you feel creative enough, you can even make them yourself at home. Show who you really are!
We have prioritized these pieces, but if extravagant style is far from you, you can still find a vintage piece that suits you in the spirit of sustainability!
If you are interested in fashion and sustainability within it, come to the National Museum on April 27, meet us and learn more about the topic!
The event is open to the public, admission is free. Participation is subject to prior registration, the number of visitors is limited! Entry and reservation are on a first-come, first-served basis.
